Water is transparent colorless chemical substance that is the main constituents of our body , fluids in most living organisms , lakes and other earth's stream.
Its chemical formula is H2O.
71% of the earth surface is covered by water. it is vital for all kind of living creature.
On earth 96.5% of total water is found in oceans and seas.
1.7 % of total water is ground water , and another 1.7% in glaciers and icecaps and 0.001% of water exist as vapor and only 2.5 % of total water is fresh water .
But not all of that is usable . 98.8 % of total fresh water is ice and suspended water in air and ground water. Less then 0.3 % of all fresh water is in rivers, lakes and atmosphere and about 0.003% is contained within biological bodies and manufactured products.
If you do not drink proper amount of water per day or stay hydrated then there are alot of side effects that can happen biggest of them being lack of energy , weight gain, headaches , lack of cleansing and detoxification ,weakened immune system. You will get all sort of flue easily.
How much water should I drink per day ?
You should be drink about 25% to 50% of your body weight in ounces daily. As we all know water is very vital for your body therefore you should be hydrated all the time . Proper hydration is very important to your over all health..
I have few more recommendation that will keep you hydrated all day long.
1-you should consume all natural sea salts in your food that is Himalayan salt or Celtic salt, which helps your body to stay hydrated.
2-drink about half of your body weight in ounces a day and should drink approx 1.5 times the minimum intake of water.
To understand this:
-We have to take your body weight suppose 140 pounds and divide by 2 we get 70 ounces.
70 ounces would be minimum intake but if we multiply this by 1.5 we get the optimum intake about 105 ounces.

- if you want to know in liters then you should multiply your body weight with 0.03 and get the minimum amount of water intake per day for your body but optimum intake would be 1.5 times the minimum intake.
If I am 70 kg then Minimum amount for me would be 0.03*70=2.1 liters but optimum would be 1.5 times the minimum amount which is 1.5*2.1=3.15 liters per day .
3-consume more fruits and vegetable in your diet as they are full of electrolyte.
4-exercises increases electrolyte levels in your cells they for exercises are must .
Therefore keep your body hydrated and live a healthy life.Do not forget to leave a comment and if you liked it then please share with your loved ones.
