There are a lot of  methods to lose weight fast BUT hunger causes us to quit as we are unsatisfied and do not have the will power to control hunger.

Here are some tips that helped me lose 10 kg within one month .

1-Drink warm water in the morning just after you wake up usually , with a poly-phenol-rich lemon immersion will decrease your weight in no time.

 Warm water increases body temperature, which therefore increases the metabolic rate. An increase in metabolic rate allows the body to burn more calories throughout the rate. It can also help the gastrointestinal tract and kidneys to function even better.

You body will  stay fit and you will loose all the extra fat on your belly if you do this regularly.

2-Say no to sugar and starches

This is very important factor to loose weight very fast. You have to cut back on sugar and starches.
Sugar and starches stimulates the secretion of  insulin which  is the main fat storage hormone in the body.

When insulin goes down , fats has an easier time getting out of the fat stores and the body start burning fat instead of carbs  moreover lovering insulin sheds excessive sodium and water out of your body reducing bloat and unnecessary water weight.

3-Do some physical exercise

Try to take raw vegetables as they are nutrition dense especially those having vivid color.
Green like kale and calciferous veggies like sprouts are highly rich in fiber and can fill your tummy.

Eat a lot of fruits as they are higher in sugar and fiber contents .Eat whole grains as they are  rich in  fiber and provide necessary B-vitamins  and magnesium and protein.
Eating brown rice can be a good option.
Beans are not only high in fiber and protein but also are low in calories.



Therefore in order to lose weight fast drink hot water with a lemon in it , say no to sugar and carbs , do some physical exercises and do not be on diet but eat raw food and healthy diet.
