Every one of us have suffered from Diarrhea which is one of the common illness now days. Today i am going to tell you all you why do we suffer from this disease and what are the possible cure in Ayurveda. 

What is Diarrhea?

Diarrhea is simply going to washroom too often . In other words it is the loose watery stools or a frequent  need to have a bowel movement. Most of the time it last for few days and cures itself .


Things that  might have caused you Diarrhea ? 

There are four major reason for diarrhea which are listed below:
1-contaminated water with an infectious agent . 
A recent travel to a place where you drank some water from local street or else where.

2-food poisoning 
A night out with friends and they made you eat hell lots of things.

3-A viral or bacterial infection
This is  most common in children.

4-Side effect of some medicine-antibiotic or others

The most  important thing in Diarrhea is hydration. Frequent bowel movement not only drains out the salts from your body but also drain out hell lots of water therefore it is necessary to keep up with the water lost.


During Diarrhea it is necessary to eat good ,the choice of food that you eat eat is very important.

Things you should eat in diarrhea are:


-Kichdi- It is an Indian famous dish made up of rice and pulses . It is extremely beneficial for diarrhea patients.
-banana
- rice
-boiled potato
-oat meal without milk
-orange juice








What to avoid during Diarrhea?
-All sort of diary products except buttermilk and curd.
-avoid high fiber foods that can increase bloating such as corn, cabbage, green-leafy vegetables etc.


3 Natural home remedy that will surely give you relief from Diarrhea.


Home Remedy 1

Take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. • Swallow these along with a tablespoon of yogurt. Home Remedy 2
• Take 1 teaspoon of dry ginger powder. • Add an equal amount of cumin powder, cinnamon powder and honey. • Mix it properly to get a thick paste. • Take this three times a day. Home Remedy 3
• Take a glass of water. • Mix 1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in it. • Take this twice a day until the condition improves.

Some tips 
-Drink a lot of water with little table salt and sugar added to it.
-Drink light soups and juices including lemon, orange ,pomegranate juice.
-avoid milk
-Stay away from high fiber food, junk food for few days.
